Used to be working well

Hi. I use a brother Mac 9970cdw. This app used to be working really well and I depended on it for scanning and printing. However with the latest update, the sizing from the duplex is all wrong when there are multiple pages and the pdf output becomes really small. Please help fix it and I cant go back to the old version.
