This used to be a very very good app but now it keeps crashing

Hi please advise your app in apps store from apple are not working . there is no advise why. Could be possible to install by your web site? I am leaving Asia Thailand. my printer is DCP-500W I cannot see this printer in Asia area i bought there. please advise.

Where do I start with the new update?? Ridiculous design; works only vertically, not as esthetically pleasing and user friendly as the pervious version. Havent faced the disconnectivity issues that many seem to be having but Ive noticed that the connection between the app and the machine is now slower. The previous version was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better in every aspect... BRING IT BACK!!!

The app automatically downloaded and now the printer isnt connecting to my phone so nothing is able to print. This is super disappointing. It was working great before and im unsure why it had to be fixed. Ive loved using it up until now. This is SUPER frustrating because I dont know how to fix it and the online support gets me absolutely no where.

Before this update I was able to do much more with my Brother MFC7860W printer. Now all I can do is scan and print from my iPhone 5. Cant even email or fax documents anymore from phone. I would like to have the previous version back. Does anyone know how to get it. I dont know why a new update would have less features than a previous version. Put the old one back up for download please.

I automatically downloaded the latest version of this app only to discover that it only works in the vertical position. When I rotate my iPad to the horizontal position it is sideways and not very practical. Most apps automatically rotate with the iPad rotation. If I could go back to my previous version, I would do so in a minute as I generally use my iPad in the horizontal position.

This is what I hate about IOS updates. You click on the update button without first reading other users reviews and ... I was satisfied with the app and I end up with something totally frustrating, without the possibilily to go back. I used to trust Brother, not anymore.

I love this app and the newest features where you can scale or crop a photo. One suggestion: adding something where more than one photo can be printed on a page. When cropping and resizing photos to be small, I end up printing 4 pictures on 4 pieces of paper when they could all fit on one piece.

Every time crash

This app doesnt work with iPad Air and iPhone 5s. Tried changing router settings, turning devices on and off. Nothing works. It connected ONCE but stopped working after rebooting devices Wake up Brother ! This needs fixing asap !!

Will not connect to printer.

I really did love this product. I was simple to use. It connected well with my printer but since the last update to the product the app doesnt adjust to the screen rotation. It makes printing landscapes awkward. I just hate what theyd done to it.

I checked to see if my printer was supported by this app then downloaded. It works great.

Extremely disappointed that you can upload to a Google Drive, but ZERO ability to upload to iCloud storage.. Brother currently requires two applications to print from Apple cloud storage, and whatever you scan to cloud storage, can not be seen without the second application.. The disappointment is unmeasurable... Fix and a 5 star rating would be warranted.

Hi. I use a brother Mac 9970cdw. This app used to be working really well and I depended on it for scanning and printing. However with the latest update, the sizing from the duplex is all wrong when there are multiple pages and the pdf output becomes really small. Please help fix it and I cant go back to the old version. Thank you.

Works but would like to see app to be able to view in landscape. Major pain when ipad linked to keyboard.
