Great app BTW! I ran into a similar issue where app would not print, getting same error messages. The last IOS update kicked my phone over to my secondary wireless access point. IOS device & printer must be on same SSID. After moving IOS device(s) to same network name (wireless access point) as my Brother printer, it fixed the problem and was back to happy printing. I just purchased a brother printer (HL-L2360DW) about a month ago that I use wirelessly and I must log into the printers IP address and change a setting and reset the printer before iPrint&Scan is able to connect to the printer. This app should at least wake the printer up for the user when opened. The printer works just fine on the wireless network, the issue is only with my iOS devices. I have called brother support, apple care, and my internet service provider several times with no solution. The issue is with this app. Please fix it.

Scan works just fine but the app provides no mechanism to retrieve documents saved to iCloud. So the Save-to-iCloud options are essentially useless. How dumb is that? Instead, the option should be "Save to iCloud Drive".

I had a lot of trouble with the new app dropping the print function from my IPad. The No Air Print Found error. What finally worked was, I deleted and reinstalled the Brother Iprint scan app, then went to settings, to reset, and picked network reset. No more dropping so far.

I use this app with my iPad. One problem is that I always have to reconnect the printer to my LAN in order to use iPrint&Scan. The second problem started after the recent app update. When I try to email the output of a scan, it opens my mail program, but the mail program then closes after a few seconds. Emailing used to work just fine.

I like the app only problem is it says "Save to iCloud as PDF". The file is nowhere to be found. My work around is "Open using Another App". Then save using a scanning app. Hope they resolve this lost a few files that I scanned and shredded.

Does not work. Wont connect to network printer automatically or manually with IP. Junk app.

Since the last update, I have printing problems I never experienced before.

When trying to e-mail a scanned document as PDF, it wont recognize the Apple Keyboard Smart Cover for iPad Pro. I have to disconnect the keyboard from the smart connector and use the on-screen keyboard. Please fix this!

Everything was working great. I used it to scan and print. Now I cant print of scan. Kept redoing the information but still unable. Wont connect from my app to the device. Please fix asap.

A bit of an issue accessing the documents on the iOS device, but cloud services (i.e. printing from dropbox, google drive etc.) woks without any problems. Was going to get a paid app, but now there no need.

Ive used the app for about two years. It was working fine. When I try to print from my iPad, I get "No Air Printer Found". Now, I have turn off my Brother MFC-J470DW, and turn it back on. I can print only one job. For more printing, I have to cycle power.

Connected printer to wifi after typing in password, the page then prints saying that it connected and the SSID it is connected to. I logged into this app, connected my phones wifi to same SSID (no not an extender or anything but the real and exact SSID on printer). Doesnt connect so I do manual, no big deal. Yet even after doing manual it still does not connect. Not cool, Brother, you wasted an hour of my time on this garbage app.

I purchased a dual tray HL-L5200DW that has a large dual tray setup w/wireless print function. I did this because I have a small notary business with a need to print bulk docs that vary size between legal and Letter size paper within the same print job. In short, this app forces you to use a single paper size prior to the print job. This renders the app and the dual trays a pointless expense. Ive wasted a large amount of money on the printers ability to use separate paper feeds if it cant use them properly. Ive also essentially created the need for a laptop of some sort for it to properly recognize paper sizes within the same print job. I find it hard to believe Brother thought this use case wouldnt come up for wireless/iOS users. Completely frustrated at a good companys limited capabilities and wasted money on my end.

Legit. I dont that understand guy saying his printer was a waste of money because this app doesnt support multiple page sizes within a job. This is just for mobile devices, so you can print simple jobs from your iPhone/iPad, there are other full drivers you can download from the Brother website for your laptop/ desktop to accommodate the rest of the functionality that your printer has...
