It works. But it does not allow you to select print or scan quality, and the default is low-quality. Also, it does not support the scan to device function direct from the unit.

It failed to connect to MFC-J6920DW on Google cloud though it is already a registered printer there.

Is there a reason I cant print double sided when using legal size paper??

Please Add Print Quality Features in order to be able to print files at draft or fast mode! Addendum: Add a user-defined size of the papers!

It does what it says, so no complaints there. My printer can do more things now than it could have earlier, so this review should definitely be taken as a net positive. The only annoying parts of using the app is that its difficult to access in iOS context menu for documents. Id love to have a "Brother iPrint" button right there, but unfortunately you have to jump through numerous hoops with every document you print. Hopefully polish will bring a streamlined experience here.

It use to work just fine and now it just say receiving data and no action takes place, it needs to be fixed. I deleted the app and re downloaded it but its not downloading at all.

Cant get the Google Cloud Print to work.

Its good to have this app, Otherwise you will be forced to spend money on air-printer sec to temptation. Does its job very well for me luckily....

Have just spent 10 minutes trying to print with no luck. App says to adjust "privacy settings" but cant find any app settings anywhere.

Whenever I try to print a photo in iPhoto, hit Done and the app closes. Works fine on iPhone 6+, and first generation iPad, but not on new iPad Pro. Bad!!!

All of a sudden it cant find printer. Have reinstalled several times with no luck.

I open the app, click print, photos, check what I want printed, click done and the app crashes. Ive already deleted and reinstalled to no avail. Very disappointing.

Im using this w. MFC-J6920DW The app doesnt let me specify the paper tray I want to print from. It prints from tray 1 even if inappropriately sized paper is there. Best would be to add a paper aize option and if the correct size isnt in the machine, an error message would pop up.

Just like several others - after the last update every time I choose a page to print and click on "done" it crashes. MAJOR pain!!

The app crashes when I access my photos on my iPhone before I get to the print screen. I have only successfully printed one document from my iPhone out of about 15 attempts. Please address this issue quickly!

I relied on this app to print from my iPad but since the 2/2/16 update it no longer works. Continually crashes when I try to print. PLEASE FIX ASAP.

When I first purchased my brother printer and downloaded the app, everything worked great for printing wirelessly from my iPhone. However, I believe since the last app update, it doesnt print at all. What happened? Update: about a week ago, I spent an entire day working with customer support. We fixed it (I thought). I was prepared to write a wonderful review, updating the first one star review. However, this fix only lasted for the past week or so. My iPhone was updated two days ago. Since then, I have to constantly reset my printer Wi-Fi information, unplug the machine, plug it back in, uninstall and reinstall the app, and on and on. The process might work for printing one item from the Internet, or from my photos. Then, once again, it doesnt work… I have to start all over and go through the entire process again. I am completely frustrated and upset that Brother cannot fix this app to work as it did before the last update in December! There is no excuse for this complete lack of functionality! I bought this printer to print wirelessly from my iPhone. This should not be such a complicated issue. I hope Brother reads these reviews, proceeds to do the right thing, and produces fixes that work with all of their wireless printers! Note: I did install the Hammermill app, as one of these reviewers suggested it worked well for them. It does work great; however it only seems to print from photos, and thats all. I do like to print directly from emails, from the Internet, from my iBooks pages, etc., without having to take a picture first. Any suggestions from anyone else? I desperately need to figure out how to make this printer work with my iPhone.

This app used to work great. Since the most recent update, it crashes after a document is selected to print. Please fix.
