I want to return my printer because your app doesnt work

Your app is horrible. It does not work or sync to any of my mobile devices. I even went to the trouble to find my IP address so I could try to map it and it wouldnt recognize it. I have three mobile devices not including my laptop. This is horrible! Why dont you all listen to the people whove actually taken the time to leave comments about how bad this app is, and actually fix it??!!

Stop sitting there doing nothing.

Very very very disappointed.
